The Data Research Intern plays a vital role in supporting the data research and analysis efforts of a company or organization. This internship position offers practical experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, helping to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. - Assist in gathering data from various sources, such as databases, websites, and research publications.
- Organize and compile collected data into structured datasets for analysis.
- Help clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability for research purposes.
- Identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors in the data.
- Learn and apply basic data analysis techniques, such as descriptive statistics and data visualization.
- Collaborate with the team to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Contribute to ongoing research projects by providing data support and conducting literature reviews.
- Assist in formulating research questions and hypotheses.
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings and analysis results.

- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and research integrity.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data research concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, R, or SQL is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools is beneficial (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
