Campus Administrator Intern

The Campus Administrator in a corporate company plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s physical office location(s) and ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This position requires a combination of administrative, facilities management, and employee support skills to foster a productive workplace and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, filing documents, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
  • Assist in managing employee records, attendance, and time-off requests.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Coordinate with facilities and maintenance staff to address any repairs or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement emergency procedures.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide general information about the company.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related queries and concerns.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring they have the necessary resources for their roles.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
The Person
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative or facilities management roles within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with employees and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workplace setting.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing office-related challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
