Next, you need to figure out the tools and skills you’ll need to get there. This depends on what you want to achieve in your business and what’s most valuable. For instance, if you want to explore oil more efficiently or make things safer, you choose the right technologies. Finally, you apply a special way of thinking called “Design Thinking.” It’s a bit like stepping into the shoes of the people who will use these new things, finding the problems they face, and coming up with clever solutions.
