Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building and maintaining customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products or services. 
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital lead generation techniques. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and prepare persuasive proposals and presentations. 
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, setting clear sales targets and monitoring performance. 
  • Analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. 
  • Experience in account management, lead generation, and business development. 
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
