Job Description
As a Sales and Business Development Executive at PTN Events, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions. You will have the exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with industry visionaries and high-profile clients from around the world.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Client Acquisition : 
      • Identify and engage potential clients for PTN Events’ conferences.
      • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and expand client base.
      • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
  • Sales Strategy:
      • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
      • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
      • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
      • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Business Development:
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
      • Attend industry events and conferences to represent PTN Events and network with potential clients.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
      • Explore new business opportunities and innovative approaches to drive growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
      • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
      • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and follow-up.
      • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling PTN Events’ offerings.

The Person :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the events/conferences industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
