The Marketing Executive/Manager plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing marketing activities to promote and enhance the company’s brand, products, and services. They are responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive business growth and increase brand visibility in the market. The Marketing Executive/Manager collaborates with various teams to align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Identify target markets and devise plans to reach and engage potential customers effectively.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
- Manage the company’s online presence through website management, content creation, and social media platforms.
- Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive website traffic.
- Monitor digital marketing metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve online performance.
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity and reputation.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with target audiences.
- Manage public relations activities, press releases, and media interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support lead conversion efforts.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI for marketing initiatives.
- If applicable, oversee and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
The Person :
- Proven work experience in marketing, with a focus on planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and draw insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills may be required for managerial roles
