Welcome to PTN Events! We encourage you to take advantage of the content and features available on www.ptnevents.com/pay_online/ and all PTN Events websites (each, a “website”) and/or its affiliates.
Payments processed on this website are subject to the terms set forth in a separate sales contract between you and PTN Events.
If you have not yet purchased services from PTN Events or are not already a PTN client, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about the benefits and value that PTN can provide.
Payment terms :
I authorize PTN Events to charge the credit card or debit card provided for the Invoice Number entered in the Payment Information Section and certify that I’m the authorized user of this credit card or debit card.
Currency exchange rate disclaimer
If you are paying for your invoice with an international Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees. Client/cardholder confirms acknowledgement and acceptance of a potential gain/loss incurred by any adjustments made by their bank due to the currency exchange rate. PTN Events will not be liable or responsible for any loss incurred by the client/cardholder from an adjustment made due to the currency exchange rate. Nor will PTN Events pursue the client/cardholder for collection if that adjustment should be made in the client’s/cardholder’s favor.
You agree that, in the unlikely event that PTN Events cannot resolve your payment issue and you dispute the credit card or debit card charge, your electronic statement may be used as evidence that said charge is valid and just. If there are any issues with your credit card charge, please contact PTN Events Finance Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Troubleshooting credit card and debit card payment :
If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer’s customer service number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase
“I have had a transaction attempt declined for my card on [ Date ] for the purchase of Conference Pass/Ticket”. It’s really me using that card, so please approve these transactions for my card.” In most cases, banks will solve the problem in less than 24 hours. The next automatic payment attempt should be successful.
