You can apply for an Oral Talk or an ePoster. While you can indicate your preference, the final format will be selected by our Programme Committee.

What to Include in Your Speaking Submission
Please provide a presentation title (20–25 words) and 3–4 bullet points (each 20–30 words) outlining your talk. The content should contribute technical knowledge in petroleum technology and avoid promotional or commercial messaging.
Speaker Submission Format and Requirements
Ensure your proposal meets the word count limits and content guidelines. If you'd like to include a figure or photo, you can email it to us after submission.
After You Submit Your Proposal
You’ll receive a confirmation within 5–6 working days. All co-authors will be notified of the final status—accepted or declined—after the Programme Committee completes its review.
Submission Policies and Flexibility
You may withdraw your submission anytime by emailing the Programme Lead. You can request to submit the same proposal to another PTN conference, but only one conference will consider it at a time.
