Olawale is a Reliability Engineering Manager at Atlantic LNG in Trinidad and Tobago, seconded from Shell, with over 18 years of global experience across deepwater conventional oil, heavy oil, and LNG operations in Africa, North America, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Cumbria, and is a Doctoral Fellow of the Artificial Intelligence Management and Finance Institute (AIMFIN). His expertise spans predictive maintenance, asset integrity management, and digital transformation, with a strong track record of deploying advanced reliability technologies across complex, multi-billion-dollar oil and gas assets.
