Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat(s). We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment partner. Teams of 3 or more delegates can request invoice-based payment, with seats held for 5 business days pending payment.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administration fee per delegate. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event, but substitutions with a colleague are welcome at any time at no extra charge.
