Spatial Ground Truth: The Missing Layer Between Your Digital Twin and the Physical Field

About the Session

Shadnam Khan is the Co-Founder and Head of Product & Go-To-Market at MultiSet AI, where he leads market strategy, commercial adoption, and the development of a scan-agnostic Visual Positioning System (VPS) that connects physical assets with their digital twins. With a strong background in spatial computing, computer vision, and enterprise augmented reality (AR), Shadnam has spent nearly a decade working at the intersection of reality capture, 6DoF localization, and machine-readable spatial mapping across industrial, infrastructure, and field operations environments.

Prior to MultiSet AI, Shadnam held VP-level product and go-to-market roles at ARway Corporation and Nextech3D.ai, where he led 0-to-1 platform launches and scaled developer ecosystems. He also advised C-suite leaders across energy, manufacturing, and industrial sectors as a management consultant at Deloitte. In this session, Shadnam explores how visual positioning systems act as foundational infrastructure for physical AI, enabling seamless coordination between digital twins, autonomous systems, and field teams. Drawing from real-world deployments, the session highlights how scan-agnostic spatial layers enable shared coordinate systems, improve operational accuracy, and support safer, more efficient industrial workflows in complex, GPS-denied environments.

Key Topics

01 Enabling shared spatial coordination through scan-agnostic visual positioning systems
02 Supporting AR workflows, autonomous navigation, and QA processes within a unified coordinate system
03 Key factors for deployment success including time-to-lock, offline resilience, and map accuracy
04 Evaluating spatial infrastructure readiness for scalable, secure industrial applications
