Atheer Alattar is a Data Scientist passionate about transforming the oil and gas industry through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning applications. With dual master’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering (as a Fulbright Scholar) and Data Analytics, he brings a unique blend of technical depth and data-driven insight to energy operations and decision-making.
He focuses on bridging the gap between data science and traditional oilfield practices, developing innovative solutions that enhance production optimization, well surveillance, and data quality management. His published SPE papers and live industry demos showcase the impact of AI on digital transformation, predictive modeling, and performance improvement across upstream operations. Dedicated to collaboration and continuous innovation, he continues to drive the adoption of intelligent technologies to accelerate efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in energy systems.
