His extensive background spans engineering design, construction, commissioning, and start-up operations, making him a trusted expert in large-scale automation and process optimization initiatives.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dipak has contributed to several landmark projects, including the Albian Oil Sands Expansion 1, Quest CO₂ Capture Project, and Scotford Refinery Debottlenecking, among others. Currently, he supports well pad and facilities delivery while also providing expertise to Shell’s Lubricant and Trading businesses.
