Yogesh C Srivastava
Yogesh C Srivastava Founder & CEO, TEKNOBUILT

Yogesh C. Srivastava is the Founder and CEO of Teknobuilt and a globally recognized leader in the execution of complex capital and EPC megaprojects. With over 35 years of industry experience, Yogesh has led delivery across multi-billion-dollar LNG, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His career has been defined by hands-on execution leadership, deep domain expertise, and a relentless focus on improving project certainty in some of the world’s most challenging industrial environments.

Yogesh’s pioneering work is focused on execution-centric governance and assurance, addressing the industry’s long-standing “blind spot” in project execution. By enabling a unified digital operating environment, his approach shifts the paradigm from simply reporting what has already happened to proactively preventing execution failures before they occur. Through real-time visibility, digital readiness, and precision-driven execution, his work delivers unmatched clarity, velocity, and confidence for project owners and delivery teams navigating high-risk, capital-intensive programs.

In this session, Yogesh presents a real-world LNG mega-project case study involving a major U.S. LNG construction program that experienced severe execution challenges, including the bankruptcy of the prime contractor. As the project resumed under a consortium model, the client—recognizing that “business as usual” would repeat past failures—adopted Teknobuilt’s DC Block™ technology and PACE Operating System for the remainder of execution. The implementation of a cloud-based Control Tower and Digital Foreman created a real-time execution environment where data from multiple systems, contractors, and departments was continuously organized and made execution-ready. This enabled advanced human and AI collaboration, restoring control, improving readiness, and driving confident decision-making across the LNG project lifecycle.
