Prior to joining Shape Digital, Caio held product management roles within the technology sector and began his career as a Data Scientist at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on analytics-led transformation initiatives for global enterprises. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Data Science from the State University of Campinas and Yale University, bringing a strong analytical foundation to the practical application of GenAI, predictive maintenance, and reliability optimization in FPSOs and other critical energy assets.
