ABOUT THE SESSION
Maria Coelho, a Model-Based Systems Engineering Scientist at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), shared her expertise in digital engineering at the Oil & Gas Digital Transformation Conference 2022. Coelho, who holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, has been at the forefront of transformative efforts in advanced energy projects. In her session, she explored the key strategies that INL used to drive innovation in digital engineering, emphasizing the role of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), the Digital Thread, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Extended Reality (XR).
