ABOUT THE SESSION
Jess Kozman is a Senior Principal Consultant at Katalyst Data Management, based in Houston, where he helps organizations transform legacy geological records and large digital datasets into actionable subsurface intelligence. With extensive experience supporting multi-resource asset management on the cloud, Jess collaborates with global energy companies, government regulators, research institutions, and technology providers to drive smarter data utilization.
A licensed professional geophysicist, Jess also holds credentials in geoinformation sciences, project management, information quality, and engineering asset management. Beyond his consulting work, he actively mentors K–12 STEM students and leads geology field trips for resource and energy industry professionals, promoting knowledge-sharing and innovation across the geoscience community.
