During his tenure at Petrobras, he has played a key role in driving large-scale digital transformation programs, including the deployment of enterprise-wide automation frameworks, AI-powered regulatory compliance solutions, financial systems modernization, and workforce digital upskilling initiatives. Gustavo holds a Master of Digital Transformation Leadership from the Barcelona Technology School / University of Barcelona, an MBA in Finance, and is recognized for building innovation ecosystems that deliver measurable business value.
Alexandre Bess, Founder and CEO of Legalbot, is a Regulatory Technology leader specializing in regulatory compliance, mathematical modeling, and quantitative risk management for highly regulated industries, including oil and gas, energy, financial services, healthcare, education, and logistics. With more than eight years of experience in Regulatory Technology and Compliance, Alexandre focuses on developing data-driven solutions that combine regulatory intelligence with quantitative models to address complex compliance, risk, and operational challenges. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Modeling in Finance from the University of São Paulo and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná, and also contributes to academia as a Professor of Risk Management and Quantitative Methods in Financial Engineering.
