About the Role
PTN Events Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and intellectually curious Conference Producer to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end content development and the execution of international B2B conferences. You will research industry trends, identify key topics, build strategic agendas, and recruit high-level speakers. This is a content-led role ideal for someone passionate about bringing ideas to life and shaping influential platforms for decision-makers across industries.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in target industries to design compelling conference agendas.
- Identify and invite senior-level executives, thought leaders, and experts to participate as speakers and panelists.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between content themes and commercial objectives.
- Write engaging event content, including conference programs, session descriptions, speaker invitations, and promotional copy.
- Maintain speaker communications and manage timelines for session recordings, briefings, and live participation.
- Manage speaker acquisition targets and ensure all sessions are filled with relevant, high-caliber participants.
- Work with internal design and tech teams to ensure event branding and delivery align with the conference vision.
- Stay current with market intelligence, competitor events, and audience needs to create relevant, high-impact content.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, media, and influencers to enhance event credibility.
- Deliver post-event evaluations and suggest improvements for future events.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conference production, content development, or B2B editorial roles.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to grasp complex topics quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and agenda creation.
- Experience working with C-level executives and subject matter experts.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with commercial awareness and an understanding of the B2B landscape.
- Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with virtual conferencing tools, webinar platforms, or event tech is a plus.
- Background in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Supply Chain, Technology, or Engineering is a strong advantage.
